Join us for an elegant evening of Music Food and Wine. Fork ' N' Cork is a multi-course wine dinner brought to you be Heather Lea of Elle's Catering and featuring the wines of M2 winery. Each course is created to highlight the best of features of these beautiful wines, bringing and experience like no other to the senses.

Course 1 - Hors d'oeuvres : Viognier paired with a Lavender goat cheese tartlet with honey drizzle & Rose paired with Strawberry basil salad cups with house made crostini
Course 2 - Vermentino paired with a Peach gazpacho topped with creme` fraiche
Course 3 - Cemetery Vineyard Zinfandel - Pork Sirloin with a mushroom sauce
Course 4 - Barbera paired with A duck thigh in a cherry Bulger (sour cherry sauce)
Course 5 - Dessert: Syrah paired with Mini Chocolate cakes with dark chocolate ganache and espresso beans on top & Blueberry (or blackberry) bread pudding
